We are not an AI agency and not a marketing shop. We are a software studio that gives every client individual attention — we do not sell generic packages or standard services. From simple automation to highly demanding systems. On-premises where required, with data security and anonymisation.

## Examples of more demanding solutions (illustrative)

- Documents → ERP: OCR and classification of invoices, delivery notes and contracts; extracted fields; a draft accounting entry, with exceptions confirmed by a person
- Technical assistant: answers from manuals and past work orders with the source cited; if the documents do not cover the case, a person takes over the question
- Tenders / RFP: requirements broken down, risks identified, a draft bid built from previous bids and price lists — confirmed by sales
- IoT: sensor anomaly → classification → draft work order including spare parts; confirmed by the dispatcher
- Orchestration: qualification → quote → appointment → procurement in one flow, with milestones for a person
- Voice agent: appointments and qualification outside office hours; harder cases go to a person, with the call context
